Communication is essential for a successful project.  Chadan strives to keep the lines of communication open during all phases of the design process through construction.  We will initiate meetings with local jurisdictions on behalf of the client to discuss the approval process and methods to streamline the review, saving the client time and resources.  This affords an opportunity for the team to discuss valuable insights to consider as the design proceeds to completion.  In addition to pre-construction meetings, Chadan will attend field meetings and provide detailed minutes as desired by the client.  Construction documents during various stages of the project will also be made available to the client.  Most importantly, our clients have the ability to contact the respective project manager directly at any time, which sets us apart from other firms.
